Neptunus aims to deliver the very highest standards of quality. Neptunus not only takes the greatest of care with its products, services and processes, but also with the safety of its people and the environment.

Neptunus possesses certificates from:

ISO 9001:2010

Quality and customer focus are priorities at Neptunus and this is formally acknowledged with the ISO 9001:2010 certification. ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems. ISO 9001 places the emphasis on customer focus and the quality control resulting from this alongside continued improvement. The system also focuses on process optimisation, purchase management, employee involvement and internal audits.

We always pay a great deal of attention to improving our business processes and serving the customer as broadly and optimally as possible is our priority. With the ISO 9001:2010 certification, it is also externally recognised  that our quality-management system has been set up in this way. And this is something we're proud of.

VCA** Certification

Safety, health and attention to the environment are important issues. With the VCA** certification* Neptunus demonstrates that with professional training, company guidelines and regular information, all employees are able to perform their tasks in a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible manner. They work with safety-approved tools and can protect themselves with personal protective equipment in the correct way. Neptunus also uses a systematic approach of inventoried and evaluated risks and an occupational health department monitors the safety and health of its employees.
